My guitar can't hit high notes!?

ok, i can't remember how long its been happening but i know that i got the fender strat almost four years ago. when i bend a note on the high E string starting at the 14 fret, the sound/sustain becomes weaker, and when you bend it at 16 yo can't hold out the sound for even a second! this happens on all kinds of tones, rock, acoustic. and the gain can be at its highest and it wont work. now when i get a new pair of strings it only gets a little better and i mean LITTLE, so i don't think that is the problem, nor do i think its my playing, i have been playing for 6 years now. is it the guitar? or amp? the amp is a 10 or 15 watt fender amp that cam with it. i have played on other guitars and amps and can easily bend at the 19th fret. please help!

I am gonna get a baby rabbit when their old enough. The lady has some other breeds but I'm interested in the mini rex and dutch. I already have a dutch (doe). Me and my friends were playing basketball and suddenly a white jeep pulls up. The driver rolls down the window and he looks like he is around 20 and he sarcastically asks us if he can play. Would be a really good idea to see a adolecent behavioral therapist and talk to them about what shes been doing, how shes doing and how the teachers and you are trying to handle it. they may have some answers for you, they may interview her and study her. Be a really good idea, she may have high functioning autism or adhd or or some other issue. Best to just get it checked out, as tiring as it is for you, im sure shes not thrilled either. Good luck~

Could my dog have Pug Dog Encephalitis?

I have a one year old pug and three times in the past couple months he's had incidents where he acts like hes drunk. He has trouble balancing and even when he is sitting down he wobbles back and forth. Every time he has puked either before or after becoming wobbly. Its always in the evening and when he wakes up in the morning hes fine. He was checked by a vet the day after it happened the second time and he said he was completely healthy. He said PDE was not likely but cant be ruled out. Is there anyone out there who has experienced PDE and can help me? This dog is my life and I'm terrified he's going to die..

Maybe she's going through something her self or she could be trying to live out what she wanted in her younger years through you. She knows your smart, she calls you fat because she probably wished she had as much confidence as you growing up. She tells you your going to be a failure because she most likely failed something in her life. Just tell her shes hurting your feelings and has been for years, whether it LOOKS like its effected her it really has. She won't let you see but its there. First, 2x4 means it has four wheels and only two of them drive the tractor. Of course 4x4 means all four wheels drive the tractor. The four wheel drive is nice for hills, wet areas, snow, where additional traction is needed. It doesn't give the tractor more power, just more traction. If you are mowing flat, dry ground this sounds like a viable option. Note, if you find that you need more traction you can put tire chains on the drive wheels. Talk to the guy that is selling it, if he is above board he will tell you about the limitations of the tractor. Have him look at your property or bring the tractor over and demenstrate it.

A v8 Mitsubishi car? (not van or truck)?

Does anyone know of a older car made by Mitsubishi that was a v8 and AWD? The only AWD cars for Mitsubishi I know of were the GSX, Evo, and Galant VR-4 (i think the Galant was AWD) Anyway I was driving behind this guy with a Mitsubishi car. Sleep and medicaid issue?

Ok, my doctor prescribed me Lunesta to sleep from insomnia, well anyways, all this special paperwork had to be done to get this drug with medicaid on my docotrs end and pharmacy and medicaid. To make a long story short, I have been waiting a week and my doctor still hadn't sent his end of paperwork in, so I had pharmacy refax it to him to remind him or his staff, well the pharmacy called me later on and said the doctor didn't approve of the Lunesta, but I could still buy it with his prescription, or have him change it to ambien or resteral. Does anyone have any clue why he would do that? Does it make any sense, was it just too much paperwork, or was medicaid more apt not to pay for lunesta? Because aren't lunesta and ambien somewhat similiar? Someone let me know what you think. I'm so confused, and I'm wondering if the ambien will need this prior authorization also, and if I'm gonna have to wait a month or two to get it. Methadone Withdrawal?

I had taken Methadone at 170mg for 3 1/2 years and the last 9 months tapered at 5mg a week to 10mg the beginning of may. I got down to 5mg and on the 5th jumped off with the thought of just taking some Lyrica, Neurontin or even weed. Well it's not been too difficult I relapsed a couple of times with some clonazepam, oxy's, ambien and I think, oh yeah some flurazepam. Other than those three days nothing but lyricas, neurontin and weed. I know that the other things are cns depressants but I also know the difference between those and withdrawal feelings. I can barely get out of bed at 42 years old and the only thing I can do is to walk my dog everyday and eat some breakfast/lunch & vitamins afterwards then water the rest of the day or maybe even ice cream with peanut er. You know anything that tastes so good you can eat it even when sick like cheddar cheese perogies. Back to the question it's been 18 days and only cannot sleep well and like 40% energy at max and it just sucks arseto the max. I would try moving the females away from the males. Males can get territorial when a female GP goes into heat. This may be the cause of the fighting. You can also try splitting their hutch into two with chicken wire. This way they won't feel lonely but they can't fight. They will be able to see and hear each other but not touch each other. I think there are just some piggies that do not get along. I know how you feel because we had to get rid of one of our females because all the other would beat up on her so we sent her to a loving new home. You need to do what is best for you and your piggies and if that means giving one away to a good home you may have to. But try the things I suggested first, they worked for me. Good luck!

This isn't so much a women's health question but I'd rather have a female opinion as all of the guys I know run to the doc for every little ailment. I started getting a sore throat yesterday, went out with some friends, and by midnight I felt incredibly sick--my tonsils felt like they were on fire and I couldn't get warm, so I took painkillers and went to sleep. This morning I woke up with the same sore throat--it hurts to swallow, my tonsils are burning, sorry--gross--green phlegm (no cough though); I also feel achy and like I want to throw up (I have bad pms right now also--the nausea and achiness are part of my usual pms so I don't know if that is related to the throat stuff). Do you have any ideas on what this could be/what I can take to feel better? My computer shuts down and sounds a "high/low" alarm! HELP!?

I have a desktop PC, and whenever I try to perform certain tasks, like uploading a CD to iTunes, use Windows Movie Maker, or leave it on for a few hours, it randomly shuts down and sounds an alarm ( a high sound followed by a low one). To consolidate or not to consolidate?

I am not sure about the Perkins loan cancellation, since I do not work with Perkins loans...BUT I know a lot about stafford and consolidation loans. Depending on when you took out your stafford loans I ume they are at either 6.8 or 7.14% right? Well if it is at 6.8 that is already fixed, so no reason really to consolidate. If they are at 7.14% then you would be rounding that up to the nearest 1/8, so you would lock it in @ 7.25%. A lot of consolidation companies are spamming people saying "Lock in your rate, they are going up" like they did last ear. The difference is last year they went up almost 2%, this year they are going up .08%. Stafford loans are now going to be at 7.22%, which if you consolidate you would still be higher than that. In addition to that..if the government ever lowers the interest rates yours would still be stuck at that high rate then. One reason people consolidate is to lower their payments. Consolidation can do this but you also pay quite a bit more interest over the life of the loan because you are extending the repayment period. I believewith $15,000 it would extend it to 15 years, that is 5 extra years worth of interest. If you can make the minimum monthly payments then I would stick with how your loan is now. You will save yourself a good chunk of money. I hope this helps, if you have any other questions feel free to send me a message, I am pretty much an expert..or as much as one can be on this! I am a strong advocate against consolidation unless you have a good reason and there are no other options!

How do I activate Dolby DTS on my Yahmaha receiver?

A year ago my fiance cheated on me a few times with the same person.. when I found out she said to me that she thought she was pregnant. This was January 6th. Foot sprain: anyone else ever have a sprained foot that still hurt four months later?

I was in a car accident,my foot was severly sprained and the injury caused a bunion,its been four months and it still hurts....i been wearing an aircast the last six weeks when i first went to the er they said my foot was fine......is it normal for a sprain to take?this long to?heal? I had my license suspended about 1 year ago and I got it back after 6 months. That time I was wrong and plead guilty. But just today at 6:15pm, I was on HWY 75 in Cartersville, GA, and I was in the far left lane doing approximately 80 mph with cruise control. A car was coming so fast up behind me and I sped up to over take a truck and the next thing i saw a volkswagon fly by in the far right lane, and as soon as i overtook the truck the undercover car's blue lights came on and i got cited for 110 Mph. I know i wasnt doing 110. So the cop asked my y i was speeding and i didnt say a word. I was trying to move out of the way out of courtesy. I dont get it. He was following the volkswagon and then he came so fast up right behind me and i moved out of his way and he pulled me over and said 110 mph in a 70. now the georgia law says anyone under 21 who is doing 24 or more gets their license suspended for 6 months. and he said i was doing 40!! what kind of options do i have. Question has many parts, warning. 1. Happiness and Dicipline, I fail hard at discipline and even doing everything the Digi wants, Happiness never rises above 50% so I'm just at a COMPLETE loss there, any advice would be much appreciated. 2. FOOD OMG!!! My Digimon is a fat ****. He's ALWAYS hungry, and it takes all of my daily rations to feed him once, and I can't find enough food elsewhere to keep his fat *** from starving, what to do? 3. Progression, this one's tricky. It takes time to gather food for my Digimon, who i've aptly named Fatshit, and it takes a lot of food and thus a lot of time. I can not train while gathering and when I'm training I'm not progressing and when I'm not training I must be gathering because Fatshit eats like a damned herd of cattle, not just one but all of them. So it seems as though I must choose between correctly raising my Digi or progressing in game. 4. How in God's name do I even raise the Discipline gauge? 5. When you buy a telescope eyepiece do you always have to spend more for better quality?

It depends what you want. For example, the Baader Orthos are in my opinion the best eyepieces around for planetary work and are not too expensive - middle of the road in fact. However they have comparatively narrow fields of view making them less suitable for deep space objects. Where it seems you really do pay is the "I want it all" eyepieces - wide flat fields of view, good contrast, minimal distortion etc etc. Things are much better if you are willing to accept you need different eyepieces for different occasions.

My yellow labrador Dom (short for Dominic) is 14 years old. I've had him since he was a pup and he's a much loved member of the family. He developed arthritis at approximately 11 years old, and vet treatment for this combined with 4 slow 10-minute walks a day (as opposed to the 2 or 3 hour-long walks a day he had when he was younger) and an altered diet suitable for his age and activity level have helped considerably - he's not considered overweight by the vet which I'm told is a common pitfall as labs love their food! I remember the days when we used to go to the woods nearby for hours and he had boundless energy, and it breaks my heart to see him so slow with his legs stiff. If he was in pain with considerably reduced quality of life I'd think about having him put to sleep, but at the moment I have no intention of doing that as I'm told by the vet that he is in little pain which is effectively manageable with medication anyway, he wags his tail for the smallest reason and generally sticks his nose near any plate with food on it - showing that there's life in the old dog yet! Of course I do realise he's doing well as 14 is over the life expectancy of labs (which is approx 12 to 13) and he is tall for the breed - about 64cm at the withers, I believe the breed standard is 56-57cm for dogs. I know how to care for him physically, but the question I have to all you owners of older dogs out there - how do you deal with it emotionally? I just need to be prepared for when the time comes really, it's heartbreaking to think of but I'm realistic enough to know it could be soon. Sorry it was a long question, many thanks for reading!

My dog is acting very paranoid?

hi, i have a dog and shes acting very strange today. typically she likes to be close to me, but she doesnt like to sit on laps and shes not very snuggly. she usually lies on the ground next to me, and she follows me everywhere. ive been sick for a few months now, and one thing ive noticed is shes a little more clingy. she actualy wants me to hold her every now and then when she usualy hates it. but today, shes been extremely clingy, its strange. she wants to be on my lap everywhere, even when im on the toilet!!! she even sits on my lap and stares at me, and starts whining. ive fed her, ive let her outside many times and shes still doing this. when i dont let her sit on my lap she starts to shake and starts pacing. she even hid behind the couch, which she usually only does when shes really really scared. should i be worried??? do you think it could be because im sick, or is it because theres something wrong with her? she did this exact same thing to my dad about 20 minutes before he had a cardiac arrest. im not saying im going to have a cardiac arrest, lol. but im just asking. do dogs do this sometimes if their masters get very sick or something??? or is there something wrong with her?

I am from Louisiana and the er is NOT how you make a roux. You have to make a roux out of flour and cooking oil...and we do not put rotel tomatoes in our gumbos. Like I said I'm from the south so no exact amounts here, but this is how it is done....heat oil in pot then add to it flour (we're talking a little amount) and yes keep cooking on high and stiring to get the dark roux you desire. Add your water and onions and peppers and a splash of wistishier sauce and your favorite seasonings as well (Mrs. Dash, Tony's, Season All, Old Bay maybe salt and pepper). Then let all this cook for i guess an hour or so then add shrimp and cook few more minutes and serve over rice with a side of potatoe salad. If you want to add alot of shrimp flavor boil your shrimp heads and shells in water (strain it) to make a broth for your gumbo and use it instead of regular water. A couple of dashes of hot sauce is also good in each bowl of gumbo you serve. Let the guest put their own hot sauce.
