I have a 1991 Bucik Park AVE..AND need HELP!!!! Replaced fuel filter, and "coil"? still not running right...?

I think that I keep gettin ripped off, I know you pay for what u get but I paid and got NOTHING....TImes are tought and could use a little advise on where to start...My car is sounding funny and feels like has a little jump when stopped?????????? Thank you
