What are the best options for consolidating credit if the bills are way past due?

I'm not complaining. I'm 100% at fault here. I have tried to work with creditors. I really have. I had a small jobless bout just when I thought I had things under control. I now have a great full time job and a good part time job. So obviously I'm trying. But the offers I make to these people with what I can afford are always rejected. And to top it off, right when I get just enough to start a healthy payment plan, my transmission (literally) fell out. Any advice? And no judging, as I said I made the mistake here. I already know that.
