Pluto conjunct Venus has kind of a Scorpio and Pisces effect at the same time. When I'm in a relationship I kind of expect it to be a life changing experience, and I want to mesh completely into my partner. I also become controlling because I expect the same type of devotion back. If my partner isn't good for me (parties too much, impulsive, etc.) it easily influences my own personality negatively.
