Rate my pokemon team (Platinum) accepting recommendations (no legendary)?

This is an excellent team but I would recommend levelling up Lucario to 56~ and Levelling up Empoleon to at least 64+ for a good win at Elite 4. Also delete Electivire's Discharge and teach it Strength or Shockwave. If you can't get shockwave simply teach it Strength.
