I just threw up pink chunks?

Ok I haven't been feeling so well my throat hurts and I'm having chest pains on my left side, but anyways I threw up after I inhaled too much air while crying so I don't know whats up... It was like pink squishy chunks that looked like a solid jello but not see true and it was like covered in slime it was GROSS. Plz help thx :)
