I'm conflicted and confused. Advice? Slightly long, but its urgent. Help?

You need to tell your ex off straight up. Be as nice as you can while telling her that she needs to leave you alone, not pull you away (how is she managing that? You're letting her.) and tell her friends to back off because you don't want anything to do with any of them. As far as Chrissy goes, talk to her! Let her know the situation with your ex. Make it casual, like you're telling any friend the story about what a horrible person she is that just won't leave you alone. It'll give her hope, you can start talking again, and then you'll be able to ask her out. :)
