How can I speak to my ex after this?

Am pregnant by 15 wks. Broke up with my ex - cos he was neglecting the romance side of our relationship. He never had time to take me out anymore yet he would take himself out. I was cooking for him all the time and getting fed up. Anyway things were going stale so I broke up with him before he could break up with me. He got v drunk that night and turned up drunk on my doorstep. He was crashing on my couch when a txt came through to his mobile from another woman who I work with - who I get on with..who was annoyed and upset at him for not taking her for a coffee that morning - what bothered me was the time of the message -22.50 p.m. I asked him for an explanation but he said nothing. So then I freaked out and kicked him out of my flat and threw his belongings onto my front lawn. I felt he had been playing the two of us. I rang the other lady by stealing her no out of his phone. She cut the phone - upset. After all if she was just a 'friend' she would have said, right? Havent spoken to the ex in days and not sure how I can now that all this happened? Ideas pls?? cos I still want the baby to know their father even if he has been an a** with me. He has made no contact since though I had a bleed the next day. Thankfully baby was alright. I just want to know if people thinks he cares or not. Why on earth would he jeopardise his relationship with me like that, if he knows am having his baby?? Its hard to know cos we seemed to be getting closer before all this crap happened. I also have vasa previa which makes it worse.
