Usain Bolt and Michael Phelps stormed the olympics with medals and records. What is your personal appraisal.?

I think that Phelps will alwyas be in the History books. IF Usain does not back it up in London then Rio (hahaha i am predicting RIo to get 2016) He will be just another awesome spinter
